IP Plants B.V. ( IPP ) specializes in novelties and full services for breeders.
We guide and introduce novelties and related services for the breeder.
Our expertise consists of legal knowledge, specialist know-how and support in (international) plant breeders’ rights, patent, trademark law, strategy, promotion, royalty management and licensing contracts of new improved plant varieties. We work with partner companies abroad. IPP deals with the management of the new varieties and the breeders with their development.
